Here you find pics of Telecasters equipped with a Bigsby Tremolo. Most of them with a Fender F-style, some with other Bigsby's like the model B-5, B-50, B-500 or B-16. There is even a Telecaster with a Jaguar Tremolo. If available there is a story with information and specs. On this page you find also a Fender Instruction Sheet from the early '70 with F-Bigsby Conversion Instruction for you to download. The file is in Adobe Acrobat PDF-format (312 Kb). This instruction sheet was given to me by OldTeleMan - member of the TeleModders Forum - All credits to him.
Now available Instruction sheets for Bigsby models: [B5 and B50] - [B7, B70, B12] - [B3, B30, B6, B11] given to me by Eric Bergman (Chorks) from the TeleModders Forum. On display here in the Gallery are a few fine TeleBigsbyMods from Eric like the incredible HiLoCaster - Thanks Eric! These pdf-files are 400Kb each because of picture resolution. Still to come the Instruction Sheet for Bigsby model B-16 for download - still lookin for one. Also ready for download a drawing plus pics of a B16 neck shim.
There are four High Res files with patents downloadable: Bigsby Patent 170109 from 1953 with B16, Fender Patent 164227 from 1951 with Telecaster drawing and Patent 2784631 with 1957 Telecaster drawing and switching, Fender Patent 2573254 from 1951 - Print them on nice yellowed paper and you have a nice wall hanger. Also Neck shim and Floating Tremolo PDF files are new updates. Added may 25th - Tele 4 way switch diagram download pdf. Thanks to Gruhn in Nashville and Kelsey Vaughn I got pictures of a 1952 B16 Telecaster, including an original instruction sheet how to install the b16. This sheet is now available for download in pdf-format.
Bigsby Guitars has made a download webpage where you can download PDF-files of different models in different languages, I took one pdf-file of the Installation Instruction of the B5 on a Telecaster and made it downloadable from this page - English Version and 1mb. From the bigsby website you can also download Spanish, French, Italian and German versions.
